No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Yesterday was crazy. We were supposed to go on a short walk and have a picnic with some friends. To make a LONG story short we ended up walking from 10:45 until 5 pm. We did have a few short breaks- as we had kids with us- getting lost in England is prettier than getting lost in North Carolina, but still stinks! :)
I had a smoothie for breakfast. For lunch I had a flatbread veggie wrap and fruit. When we got home things went downhill. I was tired and starving. I had cereal for dinner (too much of course) and lots of M&M's. I nibbled on things for the rest of the evening. sigh....
Today I am going to a Legs, Bums and Tums class. I plan to write my foods down again. Keem mentioned My Fitness Pal- I am going to check it out and consider using it as my tool for food journaling.
It feels good to be back here! I feel so less alone!
