And I don't have much time to share, since I have a busy day planned. It's already been jam-packed, what with breakfast, errands, the massage and then my WW meeting, lunch and more errands ... but it's not slowing down anytime soon, since my agenda includes a workout, shower, the office holiday party and a trip down the hill to the Boyfriend's.
My OP week — and the massage, I'm sure! — paid off with a 5-pound loss at the scale. Yep. You read it right. I'm down 5 pounds from last week. That puts me at 191.8 (I think. It's 191.something, anyway. I don't have time to look it up right this minute.).
As for WW's new Momentum program, it doesn't seem all that different from what we've been doing. The tracker has gotten a makeover, and formerly Core foods are now called "filling foods" instead. But it seems to me like WW wants us all to eat like Roni does — counting Points but focusing on getting as many foods from the "filling foods" list as possible.
It should be an adventure. I'm still looking forward to the change. It'll be a nice reminder to eat fewer low-Point "snack" foods, I think. (I hope!)
