Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Okay so I realized today that I have lost 10lbs since the 17th of September...I started to really think about what I did in that time to lose that so fast. Here is what I have added to my diet...TUNA Ill eat a can of that with a dot of mustard and relish ...I used to eat tuna on toast or tuna with crackers but really it is just as satisfying just eating it plain(and less Calories!) I have been very strict with my intake  No carbs, a lot of fruit, and yogurt.  I have not had fast food in this time frame either.

Honestly I haven't even worked out that hard..I've been doing some ab work...and I have been doing my cardio kickboxing...Some nights half an hour other nights only twenty minutes. I don't know..it has to be the diet. Tuna you are my best fkn friend now.

With those kinds of results, I might try tuna. I don't really like it that much.

mmm I like it more now that I've been adding relish to it :)

Wow!  Great!  I bet upping the protein, fruits and veggies (whole foods) and staying away from the processed (fast food) is a huge help.  :)

Glad it's working for you!  That's a great result!

Congrats on your loss!! I guess I won't be losing 10lbs anytime soon since I'm in a so-sick-of-tuna phase right now! lol

Congrats on your loss!!!  I hate tuna- but might try it with chicken salad instead!!!!!

I think it may be the no eating carbs what's doing the trick, not the tuna. I also see the fastest results whenever I cut down on carbs, but if eating tuna as well as more fruit is helping you on reducing your carb intake, go for it! Whatever works for you, as long as it's healthy, is a good choice :)

Just research tuna online and the mercury levels etc.  Just want you to be safe.  :)

Getting rid of fast food probably hasn't hurt either ;-P  Before you get sick of tuna (either from boredom or mercury poisoning) try out some other good low fat, low sodium protein choices.  I'm a big fan of eggs!
