No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Okay, confession time. After dinner yesterday (realized I needed to edit myself here!), I was innocently working on my computer and hubby said he needed to go to the grocery store to buy some oranges for this bird-feeder-contraption-thing he made. And, he added, I am going to get ice cream--what do you want? Why oh why did he have to ask that question? I could have gone all week and not even thought about ice cream, but as soon as the thought was in my brain, I couldn't shake it. I caved into my cravings. I got a banana split at Sonic. There went most of my weeklies. UGH. I need to have better self-control. I'm fine when I don't buy it and bring it in the house. I'm fine when hubby doesn't sabotage!
Today was another good day at work. AND hubby did not ask about going to get ice cream, or make cookies, or anything. I had fruit for dessert. Yep, I did.
Here's the meal plan:
B: cut up apple with 2 tbsp peanut butter, 3 tbsp flaked unsweetened coconut, and 32 Ghirardelli chocolate chips
L: 1 coconut greek yogurt; 4 tbsp taco meat, 2 taco shells chopped up, and 3 tbsp. taco sauce; 1 c. watermelon chunks
Snack: 1 FiberOne chocolate peanut butter brownie
D: serving spaghetti w/chicken sausage and some shaved parmesan; 1 c. watermelon
