No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Who wants to take a 90 day challenge. There are just a little over 90 days until Thanksgiving. I'm going to stick to my goals for the next 90 days without any "cheat days."
Here are my plans for the next 90 days
1. Stay within my weekly points allowance.
2. I will drink a min of 48 oz of water.
3. I will log in my food tracker for the full 90 days.
4. I'm going to do some sort of exercise every day even if it is just stretching. (I will post my exercise plan later.)
Surely I can do this for 90 days.... RIGHT ????
