Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

 Today went very well if I might say so ;-)

I woke up to my alarm at 4:30 as planned, quickly changed into my workout clothes, downed a quick cup of coffee and off I went to the gym. The workout was fun and I came home in a good mood, ready for the day. It seems like the days I spend time on something good for me in the morning end the best way. I ate on plan, stuck to my calorie requirement under 1500, and drank some water before heading to bed before 9. Tomorrow will be another early morning wake up at 4:30 a.m. and the kids have Awana at church tomorrow night so my husband and I will be doing our usual date night and we are both planning on having salad instead of pizza. I'm really looking forward to having time with him because I feel like ever since school started we haven't seen much of each other. Here is tomorrow's food:

breakfast is going to be 4tbsp half and half in my coffee with 2 eggs and a sandwich thin.

Lunch is going to be coconut chicken curry with 1/2 cup short grain brown rice again it was so yummy today!

Dinner will be a big salad with a buffalo chicken, small amount of dressing and lots of extra veggies. If I get hungry I will have a Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt those are so good! hopefully you all have a great day tomorrow as well! check in later :-)

Food diary looks great. I wish I could eat so little. I have at least 2 snacks a day!

I'm really glad to see you back Ali!  Sounds like you are on your way!  I can't wait to celebrate some good losses with you!
