No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Had quite a crazy weekend. I did not go running on saturday because I slept all day and did nothing, I dragged myself out of the house to buy a gift then went to a friend's place. That was it. Felt like a pig.
Sunday, ran 7.7 miles. This is an improvement from my usual 6 miles. I have 4 weeks left till the marathon. So I just gotta do 9.4 mile this week, then 12 miles the following week.. then I should be ok. I am not following any proper training schedule but I think this will work. I got one of those belt straps so I don't have to carry my water bottle in my hand.. and my keys and ipod etc.
I have been eating badly at night. How do I know? My tummy just gets bigger lol. I bought a ton of chicken breasts last night... family size!! They are huge but filling. I just marinade them in salt and pepper and soy sauce and cook them in my george foreman grill. Could do better but I am a very lazy cook. I have personal training tonight at 8pm so I think I will go do some shopping beforehand for household goods. Then eat dinner at 9pm. I tend to eat a late dinner every night because I like to work out beforehand lol.
