Good moring Treadmill. U are soooo good for me!
What I did with my 15 min: Pushed out 2x2min increments of a run and went .9 miles. Getting so much closer to a 15 minute mile. I'm really not a runner, but Miss Cindy has inspired me to try just a little. I can definately say that it made the treadmill a little more interesting with a whole lot of prayer going on.
Well off to a Meeting on this fine Teacher Workday.
