No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Dec 31st is 66 days away. And while I haven't gained almost any weight in the last four weeks (YAY), that also means I have one full month less of time to reach goal #1. So, it's time to get serious, and Paula suggested a '-5lbs before the holidays' challenge. That sounds great to me, so I'm down. Anyone else wants to join?
Here are my today, or "before challenge" stats:
Current weight/BMI: 132.9 / 25.8
Goal weight/BMI: 127.9 / 24.8
- Lbs to go: 5 lbs
Also? I had never tried winter squash before, but after seeing lots of delicious squash recipes -they're everywhere!- I decided I had to try it. Yesterday I saw this totally cute red kuri squash, and that was it. I found a super easy recipe online, and it was a success! I have leftovers for lunch, and plan on making some quinoa to go with it. Yum!
