Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Ok so for 2 anda half months i ate 600-800 calories a day and exercised moderately and i dropped 50 pounds. I decided  Ihad lost enough wand been on it long enough I could probably up my calories to the recommended 1200. So last week that's what I did. This week I teetered between the same half pund on half pound off. I'm starting to think the 1200 calories just may be too many for my body to burn even with the exercise. How does the rest of you guys progress usually pan out? I'm still eating really healthy food and doing my exercises.. In fact I added a mile to my running. Shouldn't I be  seeing like a 2 pund deifference at least?

I don't believe 1200 calories can be too many for anyone! Maybe you're just taking them from the wrong sources? I would recommend eating 3-5 times a day, and snacking on fruit and vegetables only. Two pieces of fruit will mean more calories than popcorn or rice cakes, but they're healthier and will keep you full for longer, so I'd try that. Separating carbs from protein also helps, I really have no idea how that works but it does :)

I'm sticking with my original advice.  Add the calories slowly.  You are going to have a small fluctuation at first, but it evens out pretty quickly.

Ok i'm going to take ya'lls advice and pray for the best. I don't mean to sound stubborn it just felt really good to be getting the weight off and I would lose it if it cam back on. Just fear is all.,
