No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Maybe all I had to do was complain:) Down 25 this morning. Yeah! Now, another mini goal is 35 lbs, as that is what I regained from WW last year, so once that is all gone, in my head anyways, I will be dealing with NEW numbers (new in say..6-7 years new).
Off to walk! Todays plan is a yogurt breakfast, chicken sausage and veggies for lunch, and swordfish and veggies for dinner.

Comment by Meg H on July 19, 2012 at 8:35am I made this recipe the other night with yellow squash and my mom loved it. I found it on Pinterest. You just slice the yellow squash, place on cookie sheet, season with salt, pepper, garlic salt...sprinkle each slice with shredded parmesan ...broil. Very low cal but tasty!
