No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Maybe all I had to do was complain:) Down 25 this morning. Yeah! Now, another mini goal is 35 lbs, as that is what I regained from WW last year, so once that is all gone, in my head anyways, I will be dealing with NEW numbers (new in say..6-7 years new).
Off to walk! Todays plan is a yogurt breakfast, chicken sausage and veggies for lunch, and swordfish and veggies for dinner.
