No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

My name is Bethany and I am 20years old residing in Australia. Today is 22/1/2013, also my second day on my 21 days of no sugar, no junk food and no soft drinks. My meals consist of fruit, porridge(not a favourite), water(lots of it), chicken vegetables and mostly lean meats. My only exercise are butt crunches, squats, lunges, 20minute run/jog and Zumba class. I need to lose weight for my 21st birthday. Gosh, I hope this works. Thanks for reading friendly people.

20kg. Not in the 21 days but over 3 months. Or 2 if I work really hard
