No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I have not worked out for about a week, did not run for 2 weekends in a row... basically had family visiting, was traveling a bit... thus, have not worked out.
I went to the gym last night, and had a session with my trainer. I was drowning in my own sweat, it was awesome. There were 2 guys there who brought their laptop and were doing Insanity together. It seemed like a really good workout. I posted on my facebook after that about it, and a few guy friends commented and said that they highly recommended it. I am thinking about it.... winter is coming to nyc, and I don't think I will be able to go outdoor running as much as I want to.... so I might as well try Insanity this winter. I saw the transformations of people who had done it, and its quite amazing. Also, you don't need any equipment. I can just jump about in my house for 45 minutes everyday. The only problem is that its expensive, I might just get a Used version on Amazon for half the price. I want to get in the best shape of my life!!
I am also planning to do the Manhattan half marathon in Jan, right before my birthday. :)
One thing I really need to work on is my eating. I usually eat a huge dinner, I feel as if I am eating 2 meals at once. Its horrible. I am going to start counting calories again to keep my eating in check. I feel as if I work out a ton, but I eat so much that I don't lose any weight.
