193.1 what!!! I am sooooo close to hitting my 40 lb milestone! I could just about burst from excitement! 3 more lbs! Just an itty bitty 3 lbs!!! What a motivation! What a proud feeling! What a great day!! <3 Im totally rocking out to Turbo Fire tonight! Going to take those lunges a little lower and throw those punches a little harder!
My goal- be down to 190 or below by my next recovery day Wednesday.
Congrats. You are doing so great. I have to admit I am envious, but at the same time so happy for you too. When you find the diet & exercise plan that works for your body it is wonderful. I really like the results I've gotten with Slim in 6 but am getting excited to try Turbo Fire. How can you pass up a program that delivers the results you've gotten!

I am sure you are having some great results from the Slim in 6! Did you take a before pic when you started the program?????

Comment by Angie Y on July 20, 2012 at 3:47am Thanks Cindy! I just wanted to hop on here and log that I did work out to Turbo Fire tonight and it was a HIIT omgggg lol I felt the burn. After the HIIT session, I had to do resistance bands 30 minutes of it. I dont have my bands yet I am purchasing them tomorrow...I just made due with my 5 lbs free weights. If there was something that was weirdly impossible to do with just weight Id just do something else like rows....most everything was doable with the weights ...:)
