193.1 what!!! I am sooooo close to hitting my 40 lb milestone! I could just about burst from excitement! 3 more lbs! Just an itty bitty 3 lbs!!! What a motivation! What a proud feeling! What a great day!! <3 Im totally rocking out to Turbo Fire tonight! Going to take those lunges a little lower and throw those punches a little harder!
My goal- be down to 190 or below by my next recovery day Wednesday.
