No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I've been doing this 4 weeks now and I'm down my first 10 lbs. I don't wanna say I've lost them because when you lose something you tend to want to find it again and I don't want to find those 10 lbs EVER AGAIN! So there gone, I kicked them out for being bad tenants in my body. I'm working out at least 5 days a week, sometimes twice a day if I get the chance. I'm really working hard and watching my calories and everything I eat.
I feel like the first 10 were going to be a big challenge for me and now that I'm over that hurdle I can move on to the next 10. My goal is 50 lbs gone by January. My husband and I are going on a 2nd honeymoon cruise and I really want to be in great shape to enjoy the honeymoon we didn't get to have the first time around.
If I can do this, anyone can. My favorite workout of the week is the p90x class I've been doing Thursday nights. My city offers it one night a week for free and I've been getting some girlfriends to go with me. It's intense, but worth it. I can't afford to buy the DVD's, but I totally see how people drop so much weight doing them everyday. The intensity is crazy, but the more you do the more you find yourself pushing harder and harder and wanting to beat yourself and see just how far you can go.
