No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
My Wednesday menu always is so light during the day. Only because we weigh in for the at work progam and our meeting is at 3:30 in the afternoon. Not to mention with the heat, who feels like a big meal. I didn't eat a lot before Zumba and afterward, I felt like some ice cream. The place where we do Zumba must not have had the air conditioning on. It just felt so suffocating in there but we got through it.
Weigh in was ok, I was up .8 lb. Part of me feels like it might have something to do with the heat and not drinking enough water. Not too concerned. Keep on keeping on!

Fit & Active Bar - 2

Turkey Pepperoni - 1
Nectarine - 0
Kids Cone - 3
Total - 22
Weekly Remaining - 49
Activity - 45 minutes of Zumba

I hate when places are roasting during workouts!

Don't worry about the .8 - tiny fluctuation and I bet it is related to hydration. It's so easy to forget to readjust our drinking habits as the weather changes.
