No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I had a really good meeting last night and I got some really good recipes. (Not to mention I lost 3 lbs)
1 can (15oz) FF chicken Broth.
1 Can FF refried beans (el paso)
1 can corn nibblets undrained
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 cup = 1 point. (makes 4 servings)
Suggestions: I think I would like to add a can of drained black beans and just add the points. You could also pour over a cup of brown rice to get in your whole grains. ( I am really having a problem with this.)
8 chicken breasts
14 oz bottle FF catalina dressing
1 envelope of onion soup mix.
1 can whole cranberry sauce with berries.
Pour marinade over chicken in casserole dish and cover with foil. Put in fridge over night or as long as you can. Put in oven, covered, at 350 for 1 hour.
You only have to count the points for the chicken ( depending on the size). The marinade is free (unless you drink the whole thing!!!)
