Eating: I was at +80 over points last week (bad decisions etc) so I'm aiming for a lower week. My goal is to touch about 15 or fewer of my points outside of the normal 29

Today was much higher than I would have liked. What happened? The last two days have been great!
1) Breakfast was different. I eat oatmeal + 1 egg every day and I love it. I instead had some beans + oatmeal without the egg and that set me up in a bad way
2) The bf and I were together and he was starving by 1 but I wasn't hungry. I got him food then wanted some (might as well) but this put me around 17 pts by 1 without having felt like I'd had lunch. And I wanted more.…

And really 5 of the last 6 days. I'm now +57 on weight watchers. That's over the 49 points already. So not good. And especially a bummer since I just spend 2 weeks shedding weight from holiday. Ok, let's get to it.
Plan is to be OP for the next three days and then to have a light following week and I'll be back to where I was. It's not a race and it's about me learning to eat well when I am in stressful situations.

I gave up these whole wheat pitas that were a bit addictive earlier in the week but took on rice cakes instead. I just found out that the new brand of rice cakes I got are 70 calories for ONE not 70 calories for 2 like I'd thought. Booooo! They are so yummy with laughing cow cheese but they are incredibly unfilling. I had about 20 of them over the past 3 days. So that is not awesome.

Last weigh in was 156 2 weeks ago. And you all know how much this plateau has been frustrating me. So. wow! I'm not completely going to let it go to my head as:
1) I haven't lifted weights at all in 10 days after doing it regularly b/c of my foot. There has got to be some muscle mass loss here. Plus, my body looks less toned

So, I'm all of those things. I did the new WW program last week (monday-sunday). I didn't touch my 49 extras but I did eat all of my activity points. I ate a lot of f&vs. I weighed in yesterday after a few days, which were maybe higher than they should have been but still part of the program and I was up .2 despite the fact that I was at a morning meeting instead of a lunch meeting, so it might have really been higher if I'd been consistent.
