Who wants to take a 90 day challenge. There are just a little over 90 days until Thanksgiving. I'm going to stick to my goals for the next 90 days without any "cheat days."
Here are my plans for the next 90 days
1. Stay within my weekly points allowance.
2. I will drink a min of 48 oz of water.
3. I will log in my food tracker for the full 90 days.

I have been doing WW for 9 years and have made lifetime and gone up and down with my weight. I am currently 14 lbs from my lifetime weight and I am going to commit to sticking to the plan until it comes off and I think switching to whole grains will do the trick.

Wow... It has been a year and a half since I have visited this blog. I had the best intensions and I really wanted to be a blogger but I just cant seem to be consistant. On the bright side... I had a really good meeting last night and I got some really good recipes. (Not to mention I lost 3 lbs)
TACO SOUP:
1 can (15oz) FF chicken Broth.
1 Can FF refried beans (el paso)
1 can corn nibblets undrained
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 envelope taco seasoning mix

I really want to be a runner but I never thought it was possible because of stress incontenience and my size but I really want to give it a try. Today I ran/walked 1.7 miles in about 28 minutes. The question is... What kind of goal should I set for myself as far as speed? I need something realistic for a beginner. I was told years ago that an 8 min mile was good, but that just seems IMPOSSIBLE!!~! I think I did approx a 16 minute mile. Is that ridiculous???…

Why is it so hard to stay on track. I feel like I am going in circles. I want to cook for my family, but it seems like I always make bad choices if I have goodies around. It is Fall and I wanted to make haystacks for my family. Of course, I had to have some. I made cowboy soup for my family and I wanted to make cornbread to go with it. That definitely is not on my eating plan. Will I ever be able to cook and eat like "normal" people?????

Okay... I have been doing really good, but this weekend I felt myself starting to slip. I made a wonderful pasta salad (not weight watchers)for church and the event was cancelled because of rain. Now I know that I just cant control how much I eat when I love the way it tastes.
