The title of my blog

The title of my blog came to me when I started thinking of why I wanted to do a blog and track my journey in the first place. I recently went to Six Flags with my nieces and nephew and watched as they rode all the different rides, eyes wide in wonderment and joy and realized how much I wanted to feel that. My awakening moment

I had just started weight watchers again and was trying to be perfect! I knew as soon as I got in the car after work that day that it was going to be a challenge not to go home and eat the refrigerator. All the way home I talked to myself and told myself what I would do when I got home.

Life List

Boy, I'm feeling tired and drained of energy, the opposite of my typical passionate functioning level. I've been wanting to share this blog post for a couple of days, and I'm just feeling lazy right now. But I'm going to force myself. It's something I believe to be very important.

Breaking a Scale Habit

This week I stepped on the scale and I was 219.3. That was down 1.3 pounds from the week before. But it was up 1.3 pounds from 3 days earlier when I weighed. Yes, at one point, I think Monday or Tuesday I was at 218. I weigh myself on our wii fit. This particular week, my husband was sitting on the couch watching me.
