Weight - Down 1.6 pounds. When it stays here or goes lower I will believe it is a loss vs. fluctuation.
Exercise - Ran 5 days. Got in 27 miles this week. Treadmill miles are not fun like outdoor running is.
Food - I did reign in a bit more this week, but there is much more that needs doing.
Mood - Okay.
