Weekly Update 12/10

Weight - Down 1.6 pounds. When it stays here or goes lower I will believe it is a loss vs. fluctuation.



Exercise - Ran 5 days. Got in 27 miles this week. Treadmill miles are not fun like outdoor running is.



Food - I did reign in a bit more this week, but there is much more that needs doing.



Mood - Okay.

Weekly Update - 12/3

Weight - Zero. No change.

Exercise - Ran the treadmill 5 days this week. 25 miles.

Food - I need to make changes here. I have lost weight since the beginning of the year, but want to lose more.

Mood - Tired. It has been gray & blah since last weekend. I need sun.

I really wanted to lose 5 more pounds by the end of the year. I am not sure if I will make it, but I am going to give it my best shot.
