Weekly Update - 11/26

Weight - Up 1.6 pounds. No surprise after Thanksgiving. I have still lost 13.8 pounds since New Years.

Exercise - Ran 25 miles this week. The 5 mile Turkey Trot was fun. It didn't prevent the gain.

Food - I really need to focus more on Eating clean wholesome foods. I have been leaning to much to processed.

Mood - Up & down.

My story of Struggling for Fit Shape

Since the early childhood I have always being a little bit plump. It never seemed a real problem for me as I thought that situation was under my total control. As the time showed, I was wrong. When I became older things started to go wrong and my problem with excess weight started growing together with the number of kilos on the scales.

Weekly Update - 11/19

Weight - Down 1.4 pounds. I was really getting upset seeing it climb. I have to work harder.

Food - The fact is I really have to get this under control. Weight loss is 80% diet. There is no exercising away a bad diet.

Exercise - Ran 5 days on the dreadmill. This year we had cable down in the basement so it is a little more tolerable.

Mood - Still suffering with anxiety. Worried about everything. Praying gas been more intense than ever.

Got up this morning & headed to Dunkin Donuts for a coffee & toasted bagel. I put pumpkin butter on mine. It is fat free & I like the flavor. It is basically pumpkin purée wth spices. I chose the sugar free. It was still chilly when we got to the park to get in our Sunday run. The first mile was tough, but i did warm up. Weekly Update - 11/12

Weight - Up 1.0 pounds. Overeating is the reason.

Exercise - Ran 25 miles on the treadmill. Getting too dark to run after work. I am still running Sunday mornings.

Food - Too much eating. Frankly there has been too much crap at work. This week alone I did a serious binge on Goldfish crackers. I really need to get my mini binges gone. Stress & boredom seem to be the reasons.

2 months until the end of the year. 2017 is just around the corner. Election Day is here & I really don't know who to vote for. I can only hope through prayer that this country will pull together & bring back values, concern for others & remember what makes this country the best place on earth. Weekly Update - 11/5

Weight - Down 0.8 pounds. Yep, still dancing with those 2 pounds. Back & forth.

Exercise - Ran 24 miles. No bike this week. Had great weather for November. Signed up for the Turkey Trot. A 5 mile run.

Food - Too much snacking. Pretzels in general. The gluten caught up with me & the scale shows me why I shouldn't ea them. I swear I am a salt addict.
