No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Now I know it is possible for me to lose weight. I started at the beginning of the year and I'm down 42 pounds. It has been a very long process. While I'm excited about the weight I've lost, I still have at least 58 more pounds to go and now I have the pressure of "keeping up" with the weight loss since people are now noticing that I'm getting smaller. The view had a big weight loss/obesity special... did anyone else see it? It was really interesting and it did remind me of how many good habits I'd let fall by the wayside, especially with managing carbs. By the same token I had made a plan the day before that really was sound and one of the things on there was not drinking any calories. I had to wake up at 2am for a 5am flight this morning. So, when I arrived here I was wiped out but I had a couple of espressos and then decided it was best to hit the gym early rather than later. I was glad I did.

Well I haven't worked out since Thursday. Saturday it was just out of being lazy. Sunday I woke up sick as F***!!! I didn't eat much that day because I couldn't keep it down or in for that matter...:/ Yesterday same thing..I didnt even get off of the couch. Ordered a new tire for my stroller...
And managed to have an almost zero calorie drink day (one of my bad habits)...

Today was a whirlwind of a day. I started my first period class and then had a sub come in so that I could go and get my work visa renewed. I did the Denise Austin DVD. I will not be doing it again. I did Biggest Loser Boot Camp yesterday and liked it a bit more. Tomorrow I just might do Power 90 Sculpt. I need to get in some resistance training. I had a good day at work. NO CRAP SNACKS!! The new cube is working out well for that. Vegan week is going well! I'm almost halfway and feeling great too :)
I'm also surprised that I haven't been snacking, nor really feeling hungry in between meals, and I have no idea why. I don't believe I'm eating larger amounts of food than usual, so maybe my body was feeling in need of a detox? Anyway, this is my food journal of the last two days:

I am starting today off with honesty. I honestly did not want to weigh in; I am all to aware of my neglect of myself this last week. I chose to indulge in whatever I wanted without working out. I got up this morning and thought I can stay on this track and just continue like always or I can be honest with myself and make a change. I choose honesty! was put on a high dose on tablets for my headaches for the past month and they have made me very tried, moody, lazy and not easy to lose weight ( and other side effects) . so Saturday went back to doctors he put me on a lower dose so hopefully it will calm my side effects down bec i dont feel like myself any more got to give it another month before changing tablets. am joining paula to lose 8 pounds in 8 wks hoping that will kick me up the ass to get going :)
So Baby is at 11 weeks tomorrow. I am starting to change my mind from being super mom to super fit/super hot mom. I am hoping to start really focussing on myself now that baby is starting to have more spaced out feeds...
I've got to get others out of my head and get myself together. This week I want to:
1. plan a good food menu the whole family will be able to eat with me for November
2. go for a walk/excercise on the days the older kids are at preschool
... I hope....
I got offered a position at European Wax Center on Friday and started training today.. was really quick to start.. it'll be hard work at first.. I got to practice on another associate.. and half a leg on a guest... a lot of down time. I think due to being a new store. but tomorrow is a new day, so hopefully I have some models..
