Soooo today was day 2 of medifast I was doing good all day until this evening. I became very dizzy like so dizzy i fell down Im not sure what happened really but I felt awful. My husband made me eat he was making taco pizza I had one slice an apple and some gateraid after eating I felt much better. Idk maybe its just taking my body some time to adjust to the drastically lower calorie intake. I am so glad it's Friday. Even with the short week it seemed to go on forever at work. I've been feeling pretty good about myself. Doing my Power 90 and eating good (80%). Tomorrow is weigh in and I really want to see a loss. Even small ones but I want them consistently! I want to lose 10 pounds by August 1st. Since tomorrow is June first that gives me 2 months. 5 a month is doable. I've always been a slow loser. A pound a week was a lot for me. 10…Continue
I've weighed myself in recently and I weigh 174.6 and I'm pretty proud of myself. I really cant wait to get to the weight that I will more comfortable in. I wanna be around 130 some where. I've been trying to get back to exercising, I've been trying pilates with this well known woman on youtube. Blogliates I love her videos and her attitude is very preppy and that gives me confidence. Today I had a sore lat on the right side :( At work today I had to assist the doctor & it wasn't easy, every time I moved my right arm it hurt & my range of motion was limited (she didn't notice). I have been stretching it gently several times today & it seems to be easing up a bit. I'm so glad that today was legs! yesterday got a few hours of sleep...woke up around 1:30 pm, ate a grilled chix salad made the way I really like it a total of 12 points (I really hadn't used any points yet), then headed outside to enjoy the sun, planted some flower seeds, planted 4 cedar trees, watered birds & stuff justed planted. Holy moly. I can not believe that it is almost June. I've got to kick it up a notch. I want to see a loss each week. I've fallen off track but I've really done much better lately. Perfect? Hell no, but 80% of the time I have been. I want to feel good both physically and mentally. Getting healthy really does involve both. It's been thirty hours with only about 3 hours of sleep....in that time I spent about 3 hours cleaning out the garage to prepare for this weekends party, went for a 3 mile walk ( 50 minutes), worked a very busy 8 hour shift (lots of bending & twisting), 30 minute walk on my lunch about 1 3/4 miles, finally having to waste 1 1/2 hours waiting for the pharmacy to open up...went for 1 hours walk (about 3 1/2 miles), finished grocery shopping for my son's graduation party....I haven't eaten…Continue
This am I had to take my daughter to the doctor 45 minutes away, right near my work actually, then come all the way back to drop her at school, then go home, work out, shower, eat lunch & go to work!

ok so here goes. Ive been eating well and working my butt off with p90x but havent lost a pound but have lost a few inches not much though. So I used to do the Medifast eating plan and had some success with it. I lost about 30 pounds on the diet. So today Im starting it back up. First know the medifast plan does work if you stick to it very strictly. I know that from experience. But secondly know the food isnt great or even close to it and its very expensive in my opinion. Okay ladies for the past 5 days Ive been lacing up and hoofin it in my town! Let me tell you this I feel so much in my hips sides of my butt and the top of my butt! What makes me laugh about this is Ive been killing it with turbofire... which isnt an easy program AT ALL.... but apparently I wasnt hitting THOSE spots in particular! Just goes to show you... it doesnt take HARDCORE workin out to get results.

Summer is basically here and I'm still going on strong with myself loosing weight. I found some more motivation and it seem to make me more stronger mentally with my diet. Slowly last month I found myself getting to comfortable with the bad eating but it seems like I don't gain the weight back. I believe its gonna catch up with me. It's been a rough two weeks. My brother's wife passed away last week unexpectedly. She was 26, had two young sons (3 and 10 months) and my brother has been devastated. We all have a long road ahead of us. I'm at my parents' house, where my brother is currently staying, helping out with the kids and being some support for my brother. I worry about him.
