Here I am. Well I have not been doing much about my weight lately and I am fatter then I ever have been. I am NOT happy about it but I have tried every diet under the sun without success, but I still think that there is hope for me. This week I have decided (I started today) to write down EVERYTHING I eat and try to drink more water. So that is my step one. Yay! You made it!!  Thanks for the friend request and I am so glad you moved on over!  It is so wonderful to see familiar faces!  I am feeling motivated again to take charge of my life and fitness level :)

I've done lots of things to get to this point.  On the exercise front - I joined a gym and got a part time job so I could afford a trainer.  6 months later I started Couch 2 5K.  I finished that program and ran several 5Ks and a 4 mile race.  Now I'm working up to running a 10K.  I don't do strength training as much as I should.

With regards to food - I had no plan, then I went to calorie counting with paper and pencil, then I went to old WW on my own, then I went back to no plan, then I went back to calorie counting using www.livestrong.com  Then I went to the new WW online.

There's no secret, I've just been muddling through and if my weight loss stalls, I look at what I can change with diet or exercise or stress.

A majority of my weight loss came from eating cleanly and walking every day.  The last 25 lbs has come from low carb - and it did come off very easily, I must admit.  I've been finding it hard to follow that program, though, during summer vacation.  I have, for the most part, maintained this summer, which is a miracle for me! :)
