Here I am. Well I have not been doing much about my weight lately and I am fatter then I ever have been. I am NOT happy about it but I have tried every diet under the sun without success, but I still think that there is hope for me. This week I have decided (I started today) to write down EVERYTHING I eat and try to drink more water. So that is my step one. I've done lots of things to get to this point. On the exercise front - I joined a gym and got a part time job so I could afford a trainer. 6 months later I started Couch 2 5K. I finished that program and ran several 5Ks and a 4 mile race. Now I'm working up to running a 10K. I don't do strength training as much as I should.
With regards to food - I had no plan, then I went to calorie counting with paper and pencil, then I went to old WW on my own, then I went back to no plan, then I went back to calorie counting using www.livestrong.com Then I went to the new WW online.
There's no secret, I've just been muddling through and if my weight loss stalls, I look at what I can change with diet or exercise or stress.
