I lost 6 pounds this week at weigh in, which brings my total since rejoining to 12.4! This is the most I've lost in one week since I very first joined almost 3 years ago. I had a 1.2 gain last week and didn't weigh in the week before, so really, if you spread it over the three weeks, it's a 2 pound loss per week, which is probably more accurate than 6 pounds in one week. Goal update: I'm doing a lot better on tracking more honestly, but I'm still struggling with water. I should go get myself a glass while I'm thinking about it. I got a good workout chasing the toddler around an indoor play place this morning. She gets "stuck" climbing on some of the things there that are not in the specified toddler zone. Part of me wishes she were more independent and then I'd get to talk more with friends, but then I'd miss her cute giggles and smiles and I wouldn't…Continue
I gained this week. :( If I'm honest after not tracking most of last week and being not too accurate with tracking this week, I should have expected it. I really need to track better. I want to get an iphone because the WW app is so much better than the blackberry app and that might help with my tracking so it will be more real-time rather than trying to remember once I sit down to track on my computer a few times per day.

My last post was July of 2009--wow! I updated my profile pic with a pic of my daughter since I'm usually the one behind the camera. Even though it's from October, it's certainly more recent than the previous one in which she was only 3 months old! She is almost 2 now and I still haven't lost the baby weight.
