Wow Megg! Great job this year! I hope your plateau doesn't last long. Maybe your body just needs a little time to adjust to all the change and re-balance itself. Don't get discouraged! Thank you for inspiring me. I have never stuck with it long enough to hit a plateau. I need to lose 100 pounds to be a normal weight and can't seem to get beyond 10 pounds. Best wishes to you!
