OK so i have procrastinated long enough. I am really hoping that blogging will help keep me on track with my exercise and personal goals, and i'm hoping that by having to maintain a journal of sorts that this will be a little extra source of motivation.
lets keep it short for first blog. i weigh 234 as of yesterday. so this is my starting point. i really want to get to 190 for now and reevaluate from there. ( i havent been down to 190 since about 1998)
