I have been AWOL for a couple of weeks so I thought I would pop in to update all on my progress...
Over the last three weigh ins...
.2 pounds lost 8/1/13
3.6 pounds lost 8/6/13 (weighed in two days early)
4.4 pounds lost 8/15/13
Sooooo over three weeks 8.2 pounds. It feels great, and I can TASTE that 10% ya know?! All that talk of tracking and then actually DOING it are paying off!
Just wanted to stop in to say hi and ask how everyone else's weekend is going? I'm on track and having a good weekend! Spent the day with my daughter and grand daughter yesterday and today I've been working on some scrapbooking swaps most of the day....gonna make dinner then back to my crafting!
My husband had recent blood work, and a visit with his doctor today for a routine physical. His blood pressure is up, cholesterol is up, weight is up. He's not happy about this and so now I have a partner in my journey...
He wants to lose about 20 pounds, so tonight we walked. It was a nice long walk, not leisurely, not awful. I can handle this having a partner bit. I think it will be good for both of us. Wish me luck. LOL

Perhaps if I stick around for more than a blog post or two I'll finally be successful and STAY successful? I am up and down on the scale, that much is consistent. What I want is to be down down down...I need to get to the gym, and keep tracking my points. I wonder why I didn't turn to BTL when it got rough? I need this community, you people who are striving to do the same thing I am striving for...I'm making the effort. I hope you will continue to support and offer your friendship!
I don't know what it is about weekends, but I never seem to do well, than I scramble all week to play catch up. I head into the weekend with good intentions, but you know what they say, the road to hell is paved with good intentions! So, here we are on Monday and I am feeling like I failed...and like I need to allow myself NO room when making food choices because of my weekend!

I have been off track for a bit...not blogging like I know I should. I'm at 241 right now....last time I posted I was at 239. That was about a month ago. Not horrible I suppose but not where I thought I would be at this point. I am back on track and still working out nearly every day, so there are good parts. Weigh in was last night. Tried to update my blog from home last night but having computer issues! I have lost another 3.2 pounds and earned my 25lb disc last night at Weight Watchers! I am .5 pounds away from my 10% keyring! I can't wait to earn that and I'm hopeful it will be by next week. That is my plan - 10% by Thanksgiving!
