No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I don't know what it is about weekends, but I never seem to do well, than I scramble all week to play catch up. I head into the weekend with good intentions, but you know what they say, the road to hell is paved with good intentions! So, here we are on Monday and I am feeling like I failed...and like I need to allow myself NO room when making food choices because of my weekend!

I have been off track for a bit...not blogging like I know I should. I'm at 241 right now....last time I posted I was at 239. That was about a month ago. Not horrible I suppose but not where I thought I would be at this point. I am back on track and still working out nearly every day, so there are good parts. Weigh in was last night. Tried to update my blog from home last night but having computer issues! I have lost another 3.2 pounds and earned my 25lb disc last night at Weight Watchers! I am .5 pounds away from my 10% keyring! I can't wait to earn that and I'm hopeful it will be by next week. That is my plan - 10% by Thanksgiving! The hard work and intervals and sticking to my points paid off this week on the scale. I am down another 2.8 pounds and feeling pretty good about it. I am still knowcking at the heals of my 10%. My mini goal is to get there by Thanksgiving! That means I have 3.8 pounds to lose yet to get there.

I'm wondering.....when you have a weigh in day do you eat less all day until weigh in time? What is your eating like after you weigh in? I go to WW and my weigh in is tonight at 5:30, and I go with friends. After weigh in they go out and have whatever they want, regardless of the points. I don't ever do that, at least not so far. It seems to defeat the purpose...

This morning at the gym, as I was on the stationary bike, doing intervals, I was approached by a woman who works at the gym. She is a trainer and also handles the nutritional program they do at my gym. A few years ago I worked with her because I was a member of that program. I hated it. I didn't feel like it was something I could maintain long term, and in fact I didn't. OK, fess up time! I am UP 3.8 pounds this week...could blame it on TOM, or any number of other things but truth is I didn't track and should have! I have worked out all but one day this past week and intend to continue doing so. I plan to see a loss next Thursday!
In other news, Central Pennsylvania, where I live, we are forecasted to get anywhere from 6 to 10 inches of SNOW tonight into tomorrow. So much for the Ren Faire plans....guess Sunday is it!
So sorry I never posted last week on weigh in day - I am down another 3.6 pounds for a total of 23.8 so far! I was shocked, I had been sick most of the week and didn't get to the gym very much at all! So feeling good and looking forward to weighing in this week! How's everyone else doing??
Today had been very productive.... made breakfast for my husband and my daughter, then took her to work. When I got back home I headed out back to clean out my vegetable garden, a HUGE undertaking. I got all of the dying vegetation pulled and picked loads of peppers, and a few remaining potatoes and covered the whole surface with hay to avoide all the fall weeds!
