Well, since my last blog life has been a whirlwind! Busy at the office, busy at home, busy being a mom, busy with some sewing projects (lots of deadlines approaching!) i say this, knowing full well that my life is no different than most peoples! The world is a very busy place.
How does all this busy-ness affect our health? specifically our weight control? Well I can answer that question....TREMENDOUSLY!!

Referring to my first blog about my plan, I'd like to talk a little about the list of 15 for 15mins of aerobic exercise. Appointing my 9 year old daughter as "fitness coach" I knew it had to be fun stuff to choose, or she would lose interest in reminding me to do it. so far it is working great! finding 15 mins in my day is do-able ( I love 15 min Power Napps! so I figure 15 mins of exercise could be fit into my day as well.) I am posting the list below, some choices may seem odd, but imagine…

Yesterday.....was it a "good" day or was it a "bad" day? i think it is funny how as an overweight person i categorize my day as "good" or "bad" based on what I ate, did I exersize, did I "cheat", did I count every calorie....
I have know chronic illness. The kind that causes a certain look in the eyes of the people you love. a look that tells you, they are preparing themselves for your death. THOSE were BAD days.

I have been working on a plan to get this weight off (AGAIN!) ! My activity level has been at an all time low, so first step was to get moving. Every day I am devoted to doing some kind of aerobic activity for a mere 15 mins. I have created a list of 15 things to choose from, which if done for 15mins, will be a productive aerobic excersize. (I will post the list later).
step #2 a fitness coach! I needed somebody to "remind" me to do my 15 min commitment, so who better to do the job…
