So I haven't been able to workout like I've wanted to...3-hour sessions a week...yet at least. The wedding is down to the wire, I've got 36 days left till dum...dum...da...dummmmm. So I'm freaking out with everything left to do (sorry Loverboy, you are the best, and I'm sorry you get the grunt of my wrath), haven't gotten my skirt yet (should be coming in the mail this week...hope hope...), Loverboy's suit got messed up (they gave him someone elses that is a totally different style), the rings…See More

That can help with increasing water weight, and keep up with drinking the 5-6 pints of water. That helps to flush out all the extra stuff in your system, and helps more than you think.

So it's been a stressful couple of weeks, there were 2 weeks there I didn't lose or gain (thank goodness), Loverboy's Grandpa passed away and his Grandma ended up in the hospital with a hiatal hernia, my Grandma ended up having a stroke, I got all the wedding invitations out, I'm super busy at work even though we're supposed to be in a slow time right now (and they REALLY frown on overtime, so I'm cutting out early the next 3 days), got my tax refund but that went to car insurance (damn the man… Continue

So weighted in yesterday...standstill. At least I didn't gain.
Could it have been from eating out at a Polish buffet on Wednesday night with Loverboy and his Dad as a celebratory "We've got the invitation order forms for the wedding complete"? I tried to eat healthy there, and only one meat pierogi that was swimming in butter (actually tasted kinda gross). Stuck with a huge salad with cottage cheese, a little bit of roast beef, and an inch sized cheesecake bite.
