Ok, that was so unexpected!!
The last two weeks had been great! Total control of my nutrition and workout 6 days every week!
So this morning was weigh in day and the second fit test for INSANITY!
The result on the scale was not as I expected! I lost only 2 pounds the last two weeks! I still can't explain that! I worked really hard and didn't loose an much as I wanted! I mean, in the past, there had been weeks with no workout, just food control and the loss was…

I'm so happy that everyone is having a great week so far!! I got so much positive energy from all your posts and I'm here to give some more!!
My week is going EXCELLENT!! It's been a looong time since I had control over my eating and my workout!!
Yesterday I had friends visiting me and they stayed overnight! I didn't workout but ate as I was supposed to! Total control of food and portions!

I had a looong day today!!!
Had to work from 8 am to 7pm today! Luckily I was prepared for that so last night i cooked my lunch for today!!
Then I went straight from work to meet a friend who's leaving tomorrow!! We had dinner together and I'm glad I could control myself! I ordered just a salad and I enjoyed eating!!
So at 11pm I came back home! I HAD to do my Insanity workout! I went to the calendar and saw that today was PURE CARDIO day! Oh noooo!!…

I just finished day 8 of my insanity workout! Oh my... Still felling sore but I love it!! I feel every muscle burning!!
Bye bye calories!!!
To be honest insanity is a really tough workout when being overweight! My knees and lower back are easy to get hurt so I need to modify some movements to follow Shaun T! And it is working!!! No injuries so far! I'm so proud of myself!!
Who is doing the same? Do you modify your workouts in order to stay…
