Progress Starting Weight: 217 lbs (April 2001)
New Start Weight: 200.5 lbs (Sept 2009)
Current Weight: 180.2 (Oct 2011)
WW Goal Weight: 165 lbs
Personal Goal Wt: 150 lbs
Lowest Weight: 163 lbs
Plan
Plan of Choice: Weight Watchers Points Plus
Daily Target Points: 26
Goals
Under 200 lbs (reached 09/18/09)
189 lbs. I just really want to be in the 180's.
180 lbs. 10% weight loss
170 lbs. 15% weight loss
165 lbs. I hit Lifetime (again).
160 lbs. 20% weight loss
150 lbs. Personal Goal. This is what I weighed when I got married. I dont think it is very realistic because I was playing softball on three teams, planning a wedding, and I didnt have children. I was smaller than I had ever been and I know most people would gasp at 150 but I was actually very thin.

Who wants to take a 90 day challenge. There are just a little over 90 days until Thanksgiving. I'm going to stick to my goals for the next 90 days without any "cheat days."

2. I will drink a min of 48 oz of water.
3. I will log in my food tracker for the full 90 days.
4. I'm going to do some sort of exercise every day even if it is just stretching.…

I have been doing WW for 9 years and have made lifetime and gone up and down with my weight. I am currently 14 lbs from my lifetime weight and I am going to commit to sticking to the plan until it comes off and I think switching to whole grains will do the trick.
Over the years I have tried countless wheat and whole grain breads but I keep going back to my favorite white bread. I just love it and nothing tastes the same on wheat. I have even tried white breads that claim to be…

Wow... It has been a year and a half since I have visited this blog. I had the best intensions and I really wanted to be a blogger but I just cant seem to be consistant. On the bright side... I cant believe how much my weight is down from my last visit. I have been just trying to live a healthy life style. I will always be a WW girl but I have not been a 100% on program. I knew the weight was coming off slowly but I am happy to see that I am 18 lbs lighter than the last time I was…

I had a really good meeting last night and I got some really good recipes. (Not to mention I lost 3 lbs)
TACO SOUP:
1 can (15oz) FF chicken Broth.
1 Can FF refried beans (el paso)
1 can corn nibblets undrained
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 cup = 1 point. (makes 4 servings)
Suggestions: I think I would like to add a can of drained black beans and just add the points. You could also…
