150 lbs. Personal Goal. This is what I weighed when I got married. I dont think it is very realistic because I was playing softball on three teams, planning a wedding, and I didnt have children. I was smaller than I had ever been and I know most people would gasp at 150 but I was actually very thin.

90 Day Challenge

Who wants to take a 90 day challenge.  There are just a little over 90 days until Thanksgiving.  I'm going to stick to my goals for the next 90 days without any "cheat days." Here are my plans for the next 90 days  1. Stay within my weekly points allowance.  2. I will drink a min of 48 oz of water.  3. I will log in my food tracker for the full 90 days.  4. I'm going to do some sort of exercise every day even if it is just stretching. (I will post my exercise plan later.)  Surely I can do this…See More

"If you have a Great Harvest Bread Company, try the harvest white. It is fat free and doesn't taste bad for white bread. I don't like white bread either."

Wow... It has been a year and a half since I have visited this blog.  I had the best intensions and I really wanted to be a blogger but I just cant seem to be consistant.  On the bright side... I cant believe how much my weight is down from my last visit.  I have been just trying to live a healthy life style.  I will always be a WW girl but I have not been a 100% on program.  I knew the weight was coming off slowly but I am happy to see that I am 18 lbs lighter than the last time I was here. …See More

Profile Information

About Me:
I am 39 (wow... can you believe that) and I was an average size all through high school. After I got married I packed on an instant 30lbs and it just went up with every pregnancy (3 of them). My all time hight was 217 and that was when I first started Weight Watchers in 2001, after the birth of my 3rd child. I was very successful with WW and hit my goal and made Lifetime. (Lifetime weight = 165) As soon as I hit Lifetime I tried to do it on my own without going to WW meetings and I gradually slipped back into my old habits. (eating out is going to be the death of me!!!! I just love to eat out!!!!)

I have restarted WW more than a hundred times but I just cant seem to stick with it. It seems like it is much harder to lose weight now than it was before. I have been hanging around 190-200 lbs for the past couple of years, but 200 seems to be the place where my body wants to stay.

Well... now I am here trying it all over again. I went to an "official" weigh-in and I am officially starting at 200.5 I really feel like I am more determined this time. I really like reading all the posts on this site and it keeps my mind thinking about making better choices.

Anyhoo... that is me. Wish me luck!!!

Wow... It has been a year and a half since I have visited this blog.  I had the best intensions and I really wanted to be a blogger but I just cant seem to be consistant.  On the bright side... Weight Watcher Meeting Recipes

I had a really good meeting last night and I got some really good recipes. (Not to mention I lost 3 lbs)

TACO SOUP:

1 can (15oz) FF chicken Broth.

1 Can FF refried beans (el paso)

1 can corn nibblets undrained

1 can rotel tomatoes

1 envelope taco seasoning mix

1 cup = 1 point. (makes 4 servings)

So far the food has actually been really good!!! Today was my second day. Yesterday for lunch I had a turkey burger and spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. Lunch today was chow mein, and then turkey with mashed potatoes and green beans for dinner. Everything has been really good so far. I also like the one on one consultation!
