totaly messed up

finaly got some sleep after working 2 daays, 12 hr shifts, but i ate nything that was infront of me, like nything, noodles, stuffed cheese bread, all the fast food i ican get and jst junk eating, i feel horrible, everytime i start its just so hard to keep up with it, after a day or two, it goes down, but still gonna try, m supposed to weigh myself in on tueaday, lets see, i still got time.See More

worked 12hrs midnights, 2 days in a row nd with the school nd other things, jst got 4 hrs of sleep,, so finaly slept for 13 hrs last nite, been eating less but not the good stuff, ate to keep myself awake, candybars, nd fast food, one big problem is working nites nd staying awake for 12 hrs, i eat at wrk not cuz m hungry but cuz m bored and sleepy, i eat most of the time whenm bored, thts wht ive noticed nd m too lazy to shake off the thought of eating nd get up do sumthng,  if nyone has ny…

it wasnt a bad day overall, eating wise, cuz my brother wanted to  eat chinese, while in the area, i had to go with him, but i made somehealthy choices, didnt order coke, had water instead, and instead of white rice, we ordered brown rice, so felt good abt myself but then he had to, he just HAD to go to McDonald's and get icecream and from there is started, then we went to CVS and got candy's nd now those candies are in my fridge and yes all evening long i been opening the fridge every20-30…

This is the first time m blogging, lol. Most of the time peope tell me that m ok, i dont need to loose weight, but thn most of the time I am in scrubs, which dont realy fit u rite, nd they dont show my fat, but the only time i was honest abt my wt, thst was wen i told my brother in law taht i weigh 140 lbs, which is actually 4 lbs lesser thn wht i weigh, the response was, "wow, thats a lottt", it hurts, but i wanna take it as a chellenge, and i have till january to go, so plzz plzzz ny tips…
