Hello, I am ready to begin my journey to a fit active and slimmer me. Im 40(soon to be 41 gasp!!) and have been over weight since I was 11. I have 8 children and my highest none pregnant weight was 237, last month. When I saw that number on the scale I was shockedand realized that I have to do something because that number is waaaay too close to 300 !!! I was in a car crash in 2015 and just had hopefully my last surgery to repair a broken femur. despite currently being non weight bearing as my leg heals, I am making steps to not gain any more weight and to strengthen my body how ever I can. Wish me luck on this journey .
