So far so good!

My diet has proved to be the difference. I have lost a total of 8lbs!

Still on the right path

Well, along with my exercise regimen, I started a new diet just 4 days ago and it helped. I've lost 3lbs! All I did was cut out carbs except fruit and wheat products. Very easy to follow.

Time to start a diet

Well, I had two good workouts this weekend but I need to step it up and start a diet. I was watching what I eat but that's not going too well. I cheat more when I'm not on a diet. If I'm going to be serious about losing weight then I need to step up. Wish me luck!

I'm overweight with bad family genes. I'm lazy, have trouble sticking to diet and exercise and I'm headed in the wrong direction. I'm 6 feet 260lbs and I need to be healthier.

None
Workout Philosophy:
I only exercise because I have to

My Goals

Be 200lbs by October 2013. Run 5k: 31 minutes in Feb '13. 28 minutes in June '13. 25 minutes in Oct '13.

Victory

I had a good run today and my eating habits are much better. After 5 days I've lost 2 pounds. I know its a small victory but its still a victory for me.
