It's been a really rough two months but I'm back. Current weight: 158. Goal: Shed 10 pounds in the next 10 weeks.

What I'm Working on This Week

Eating: I was at +80 over points last week (bad decisions etc) so I'm aiming for a lower week. My goal is to touch about 15 or fewer of my points outside of the normal 29 Related Behaviors:I'm going to the store tonight and going to cook a bunch of food for the week.I will plan out the the next 4 days on WW tonight. Working out: I would like to do 2-3 days of yoga; 2-3 days of weight lifting + 30 min of cardio on each of those days. It's been a stressful and bad 4 days

And really 5 of the last 6 days. I'm now +57 on weight watchers. That's over the 49 points already. So not good. And especially a bummer since I just spend 2 weeks shedding weight from holiday. Ok, let's get to it. Plan is to be OP for the next three days and then to have a light following week and I'll be back to where I was. It's not a race and it's about me learning to eat well when I am in stressful situations.See More

Oh it's so easy! Take a whole wheat pita, toast it in a 400 degree oven for about 5 minutes, flipping once. Remove from oven and top with 2 tbsps of a light tomato sauce ( like Ragu's tomato basil), whatever toppings you like (I used spinach and pepperoni) and top with 1/4 of a cup (or a little less) of reduced fat italian blend cheese. :)

I have been to 145 once in my adult life (other than that, I think I was 145 in elementary school!) It's encouraging to me to know that it can be done because I've done it before, but it's also frustrating to have to work so hard to get there when I should have just stayed there! Live and learn. We can do this!

Not sure on calories, but I counted 7 points for the sandwich. I did scoop out a bit part of the bread out of the crust, if you don't do that I think it would be a bit more. It is a very yummy sandwich! :)

A couple of my pictures are from around that time. The one of me at the top of the waterfall would have been right after I reached goal. So I was 145 then. I actually have 2 pictures taken in that exact spot (one I was heavy and the other at goal). That was pretty surreal to experience the take the same hike with a 60 pound weight difference! The engagment pics and wedding pics would have been in the 145-150ish range.
