So it was a busy busy weekend and this week is about to be crazier!!Spent the weekend with my brother and family!! Swan in Moms pool and just enjoyed myself. So many things are getting ready to change in my life I will go into details at a later date......I am still here just coping with and processing a bunch of stuff! Happy Tuesday!!!
Hope everyone had a wonderful day....my day was good! Work is a little hectic with the Doctor away! Unfortunately I was not able to get out of work in time to make it hip hop abs (insert sad face here) however I stayed diligent and went to the gym anyhow. Did cardio for 30 mins the spent the next 45 mins working out. I worked everything.....back, arms, chest, legs, and abs. Man oh man I felt and am still feeling the burn. Paula said… - The Eat Clean Diet is a really easy diet book to read. I really enjoyed it and use alot of what I learned in it. But you must like chicken breast as the author really encourages eating alot of it. But I really like some of the ideas I got out of it and the recipes were pretty awesome too. Weight Watchers is one of the best ever. Healthy & will bring results.

- I like wine too. Most lite beers are around 1 WWpt. I try not to induldge too often. Last night was a 'night off' of sorts. Talk about a kick in the pants! I tend to spike my water with lemon juice. It makes it feel like I'm drinking 'something'. ( I'm also drinking from a Brita pitcher, which tends to be kinda flat tasting;) )

- I just linked it in my post. I added some shredded apple to it. I'm a confessed 'batter dipper' and when I tasted it , it needed SOMETHING..., so I grated 1 medium-ish green apple into it and it turned out beautifully. Hubby has poilshed off at least a quarter of the loaf since he got home an hour ago!

- Re; Meatloaf Muffins. I follow the 'regular' recipe, using either lean ground beef or ground turkey. If I use turkey, I add some more Worchestershire sauce. The recipe is lurking on my page, somewhere. I found it last night....Let me see if I can link it....BRB
