Can an old dog learn new tricks?

Well, I’m one-third of the way through the year. During the first four months of the justWEIGHT plan, I had two very successful months (1 & 2) and two what you might call stable months. I will not say failure because who could call a 9.2 weight loss any type of failure? It’s a daily learning process. Tomorrow begins a new month, new momentum, and a new thought process. Make Yourself a Promise

Week #17– Day #3 (Day 118 of 365 – lost .2 lbs.) Total loss 9.2 lbs, 42.8 to go! Making a wish is easier. All you have to do is think of something you really want and then let it go and see what happens. A promise on the other hand, we are taught, is not to be broken, so be very careful here. Honesty is hard...

I know I shouldn't let the number dictate how I feel. I think that's why I finally gave up and said I'd try tomorrow. I need to remember it's not just about the scale, but about the healthy things I do every day. Thanks for the comment and hope you are having a great day!
