I have had weight issues pretty much all my life.
I have done many different diets; with success only to gain it back plus some, because like many of us we go back to our old habits and favorite unhealthy foods.
This time now in my 40's I am taking a new approach to a healthier happier me.
I am simple just eating right. I am cutting out fast foods, prepackaged foods, breads and high starch foods.
This is my journey to get healthy and burn fat, not to lose weight!
When you lose something, you try to find it! I do NOT want to find it ever again! ;)
I have made a commitment to myself to make this change. Through healthy eating and exercise (walking & Wii Dance lol), I am determined to get healthy and fit.
This is my journey on my new eating & fueling my body lifestyle.
Eating this way has giving me the opportunity to re-examine my relationship with food and focus on the nutrient my body needs!
