That was today's mantra. I made good food choices and I moved up on Power 90 from 1-2 to 3-4. It sure did kick my butt, but in a good way. After seeing Angie's pics, I decided NO MORE SLACKING. Lynn and I are going to kick things up a notch. We know what to do. Now we are just going to do it. I want to buy cute clothes. I want to want my picture taken rather than running from the camera. I want to hear compliments. I want to like me when I look in the mirror. Stay tuned my friends as I plan to hit victory lane this year.

Stressed, binged, beat self up. One glimmer of positive is I did do Power 90. I have GOT to stop this cycle. I am tired of hating me. Not looking for pity just getting it out. Like Cindy said, it has been going on LONG ENOUGH!

I am that person. The one who keeps falling off the wagon. I finished Cindy's post and it hit me. I have to NOT let life get in the way. Stop with the excuses. I've found Cliff Bars. They call themselves energy bars and they are made with 70% organic ingredients. I've tried the banana nut bread, black cherry almond, blueberry crisp, and crunchy peanut butter. They are very tasty and filling. I like to have one for an afternoon snack before working out.
