I left food on my plate this weekend. More than once too! I didn't overeat and made some fantastic food choices. I'm hitting the exercise hard too. I wish I had the stamina to work out more often, but 6 days a week is pretty damn good. Maybe if I could convince the husband to let me be a stay home housewife I could lose even more. The goal is to be 10 pounds lighter by Christmas. I have the exercise thing down. My issue is diet. My house has become a snack free zone. I started Roni's snack free evenings again. I am going to cut down on fat (oils & dairy) and processed foods. There will be no chocolate. I figured if I give myself a goal, I will work my butt off to get it. I've done this thing before. I've nothing really exciting to report. I have not stepped on the scale in almost 3 weeks. It has been quite liberating. I have been sticking to my fruit breakfasts and salads/veggie lunches. Most snacks are fruit or a Kind Bar. I started DVD 3/4 of Body Revolution. I really think it is doing something for my mid section/muffin top.
