Weekly Update- 5/27

Weight - Down 1.4 pounds. Again. HmmmFood - Suprised for the loss as I was not real good about my snacking.Exercise - Same story as usual. Ran 5 days & did 2 upper body DVD.Mood - Cheerful.See More

Weekly Update - 5/20

Weight - Zero loss. Grateful it is not a gain.Exercise - Ran 5 days & 2 days upper body workout.Food - I ate too many snacks. Nervous/mindless eating. Working in a grocery buying office is tough!! Free samples.Mood - Staying positive. Reminding myself what I am doing right rather than what I am doing wrong.I went to a free talk that was given at a new functional medicine office. I really could relate to what she was speaking on so I booked an appointment. I am hopeful I can get healthier.…See More

Profile Information

About Me:
I have been struggling for so long. I had great intentions for 2015, but failed terribly. Now that I am in the home stretch, I am expecting to finish 2015 better.

2016 - I am now a runner, completing two 5k fun runs last year. I did manage to lose 11 pounds in 2015 & maintained the loss. When I complete this year I expect to be at goal.

May 2016 I am down another 10 pounds & look forward to reaching goal before year end.

Weight - Up 0.4 pounds. This sucks. I am not getting anywhere. I feel like I am just spinning my wheels.

Exercise - Ran 21 miles & 2 upper body workouts.

Food - Mindless eating. Not sure how to stop it.

Mood - Okay

Exercise- Ran 5 days & did upper body workout 2 days. 4 runs were outside.

Weight - Up 0.4 pounds. Office food. Too much snacking.

Exercise - Ran 21 miles. 2 upper body workouts.

Food - Needs work. Ugh!

Mood - Down on myself. I would just like to be comfortable in my own skin. I am tired of the shame I feel when I see myself in a mirror.
