Weight - Up 0.6 pounds. Ugh! I am sick of this crap!!!
Food - Food Day yesterday in the office. Yep, over ate. Gaincould be sodium overload.
Exercise - Ran 3.4 miles each day for (5) days & added in (3) of upper body resistance work.
Mood - Ready for change. Starting summer, running outdoors, eating better.
