I'm true to my friends, family and coworkers. If I say I will do something for someone else, I get it done. Knowing this, it's so difficult for me to understand why I'm not true to myself? Why it's okay to let myself down. Obviously its not okay, I beat myself up about it. But I'm going to work on not doing this any longer.

Well, I've managed to allow the scale to creap back up. I have almost vanished from the gym, haven't been in about 2 months. We have been buying a house, finally wrapped that up and at the moment I'm in Colorado so life has been pretty hectic. This should not be a reason that I have neglected myself and they gym. My goal is to make my workouts a priority and not something that gets pushed to the side when something more pressing comes along. I want the gym to be something that I am so used…

So today I made it back to the gym since before Christmas! it felt great to be back in there. It was packed with all the new January gym rats getting their fit on. I felt inspired just being there! Mini-Mindy held a strength clinic which consisted of me and three other people. We did 6 exercises each three times. Whew, the squats with 5lbs weights just about killed me. I have to really strengthen my thighs to be able to hold up on squats. So my shoulders should be buring really good tomorrow…

Well almost. The last month of 2011. I'm acomplished more this year regarding my weight loss goals than I have since 2007. Very proud of myself and my progress thus far. Some days I feel like I'm messing up and going to gain the weight back however some days I feel acomplished. Even on days where I haven't done my best I may receive a positive comment and that always boosts my spirits.
Goal for December. I would like to reach the 30lb loss by the end of the year, possibly the 35lb…

I was looking at my previous posts back in April 2009 and I had just gotten the treadmill and was so ready to get started on a program for losing weight. Here I am two hears later and again eager to start a program to lose weight. I'm going to the gym tomorrow to possibly sign up. I'm going to take the spin class while I am there. Not sure how long I will last considering I have been quite sedentary and my knees are crap but I have to start somewhere!
