Stick to what you know works and that you can stick too. Stop trying all these diets that start the "binge eating" cycle
1,hear about a diet plan get excited about it, thinking "this is what I need to do!"
2. go shopping, blow a bunch of money on food for my new diet plan.
3. get a few days in (or a day) and decide "I can't do this" because of feeling horrible, or it just not being practical to my lifen

It's said that certain bloodtypes can eat certain things and it makes them sluggist, stalls their metabolism, makes them prone to illness, gives weight gain etc. Some foods are ultra good and nearly medicinal, and others are neutral. I wondered if perhaps your blood type wasn't good for meat. According to the chart (see link) all meat but chicken and turkey is a big no for you. She's going to have lots of people of different blood types do lots of no foods for a week to see how they feel, then lots of the yes foods for a week and see how they feel to see if there is a correlation. Anyhow-I can't say I know if it's a bunch of bull or not--guess I'll find out. I'm doing my 2 weeks for her right after Tgiving. Tell me what you think about the list:
