Goal #10: Maintain 140 pounds!
I choose not to put time limits on myself at this time because I never know with my fibro how I will do my exercise program each day if I am in pain and unable to move. This is easier & so much less stressful. I have 25 months before I am going to Mexico ... I can lose 90 pounds in 25 months. Geez, I hope so.
Can you imagine my total surpise when I went to the doctor today and not only had I NOT lost any weight but I actually gained a couple pounds? I cannot say I was in shock but I was irritated by this.
The Zone diet ... no white flour products, no white anything ... basically if it is white, don't eat it. Except egg whites and yogurt :-)

Wow ... what a day! Started out slow but I ate better, more whole wheat, less sugar. I hurt like you-know-what because of the flare up of my fibro but I am more alert. However, I can tell that the flare up is still underway because I was driving and I completely forgot where I was going or what I was doing on that particular road. Today was a hard day for me. I am in the middle of a "flare up". That means that my body hurts more, I can’t think straight, and I have a very hard time wanting to do anything. Can't really call this day one since I am not really dieting. I had two wheat bagels for breakfast with 3 cups of coffe ... lunch rolls around and I had a homemade taco and a small piece of homemade pear pie. It is so yummy! So how can I call this day #1? I can't. All I can say is that I am thinking about & really wanting to lose weight.
