"Eating right is 80% of the battle. Try cutting down on meat consumption. It is very hard on the kidneys so by eating a few meals a week without meat might help your kidney issues. I only know this because my father had kidney issues."

Monday weigh in, 8/13/12-213lbs Two weeks ago, I got messed up in a car accident. we were exiting off a highway and slowing down to traffic and BAM we got hit from behind then pushed into the truck in front of us and then into another, a four car pile up and we were sandwiched in the middle. I have strains in my neck & different parts of my back with fractured muscles. Oh man the pain from the last two weeks...not cool. alright twenty-three weeks to go, Yesterday I started slow going for a mile walk. Today I got to head out to the gym, 20 min on the tredmil and 15 on elliptical. I just gotta keep active to get them numbers! hope to be down one pound next monday...good luck everyone!See More

Ok, I'm done with my guilt fest. I Hate that I back tracked but here, with the support from blog to lose, I am ready to move on an in a big way.      This is what I got, starting Monday, there will be 23 weeks to the end of the year. I know goals and resolutions usually start in the new year but I want to say good-bye to 2012, and good-bye to the 200's! right now, I think I'm at 217 and on monday, I'll due an official weigh in. My goal is, Monday, December 31, 2012 I want to step on the scale…See More

its been too long

Its been to long since I've been on this website. I had a doctors visit today and I gained back some weight which was not good for my diabetes and my kidney failure. It makes me so sad. I got so busy with school work and being a mommy, I set my health goals aside, That was a big mistake in which I am really paying for it now. I can't even explain how disappointed I am in myself.
