I have no desire to taut my accomplishments, mainly because I don't feel that I have accomplished anything. I have lost .2 lbs three weeks in a row. WTF! I know we have a tendency to over estimate how much "work" we put into something but I think I've been working pretty hard these past weeks. I wake up at 4:00am every weekday so I can go to the gym before work. When I get home from work I spend a good hour making dinner and all my meals/snacks for the next day. I don't go over my DPT or…

Today is my weigh in day at Weight Watchers. I was up 1.2lbs. I know that isnt much but I was up last week too!! I was totally on plan this week and last week. I worked out 4 days and didnt eat any activity points or my 49WAP. I talked to my leader and she suggested I try to start eating a little bit more since I'm working out so much. I am so upset about not losing any weight. I know this isnt going to happen over night but I just wish I was making forward progress.
