I have to hand it to the people at UT...they must REALLY care about my fitness goals, cause man, the "40 acres" is a big campus and to have four classes at every corner of it is gonna have my butt in GREAT shape by Christmas! In the meantime my back is killing me due to my very, very lazy, gymless summer. How are all of you?
Hey yall! Not dead here, I swear. It's been a crazy summer and I just haven't had much time to think about diet or exercise or blogging.
