Hello Blog to Lose community, here I am again!. It's been quite a while since I blogged the last time and I have to be honest, I need to keep doing this because I find it as a way to motivate myself to stay on track and to find help and support. I feel like I haven't written anything here in a while. First things first... I lost 4 pounds!!!! I'm back in the 100's again! :)... I weighed myself today and I am on the 198 mark... my start weight was 202.If you've been reading my blog, you probably know that I was changing doctors. A couple of months ago I figured out that my primary physician was moving to another state... It kinda made me feel sad and glad at the same time.
