I haven't posted in quite a while, but I am still headed down the correct path. My husband and I purchased a work out program. We are working out every morning! 5AM!!! I recently started using my fitness pal to track my food. And that is soooo much easier than hand tracking it all. I also joined a gym. My kids and I are there nearly everyday.

Today is a weight in day. I have been doing very well this month. For 35 days I have tracked EVERYTHING I put into my mouth. I have made healthy choices and even started working out every morning with my AMAZING husband....5am...Now that's commitment....So WHY am I always so nervous to weight in. Soooo, I fell off the band wagon but I am 27 days back on. I am tracking EVERYTHING and working out 5 days a week. My kids are also working out with me. I am seeing a nutrionist and learning to make some healthier choices..

As a large person, it is not fun to go shopping. I don’t like finding an outfit I love it no in a size that fits. I mean come on, just because I am large does not mean I want to only wear Disney characters…LOL…I have a lot of clothes in my closet. Most are from my weight loss a few years ago.
